Flashmob Video – World Suicide Prevention Day 2017

Posted On:  September 13, 2017

On Sunday 10th September 2017 over 100 of our singers surprised shoppers in Southampton with a Flashmob performance. The purpose of the surprise performance was to raise awareness and funds for our friends at The Red Lipstick Foundation. As a foundation built from personal experience, they are dedicated to supporting families bereaved by suicide and are passionate about raising awareness of mental health issues.

The 10th of September was also World Suicide Prevention Day, so the performance launched the start of a month of focused efforts by The Red Lipstick Foundation to fundraise for the cause. On the day we raised over £400.00, but we didn’t stop there. Once our video was published on our Facebook page, we set up a direct link to the charities fundraising page to raise even more.
